1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account.
2. The service
The service provides AI-assisted video and media generation. Features, models, limits, processing times, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
3. Credits, prices, and payment
Prices and required credits are displayed before purchase or generation. Purchased credits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be resold. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, completed purchases are final.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents.
5. Prohibited NSFW and sexual content
NSFW content is strictly prohibited. You must not upload, request, generate, edit, distribute, or attempt to create pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, sexualized violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of any person. Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor is forbidden without exception and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Attempts to evade safety filters or disguise prohibited prompts are also prohibited.
6. Other prohibited uses
- Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or violent activity.
- Content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or misleading content presented as authentic without appropriate disclosure.
- Malware, automated scraping, reverse engineering, service disruption, or circumvention of technical or safety controls.
- Using output to make high-impact decisions about a person in employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, legal, or medical contexts.
7. Enforcement
We may review reported or flagged activity and remove content, block generation, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold associated credits, and preserve or disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. AI output
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. You must review output before use and are responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute it. We do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity.
10. Changes, termination, and contact
